Why therapy?
People can turn to psychotherapy or counselling in order to deal with a challenge or difficulty. Some find it a valuable opportunity to explore their inner landscape and how this relates to the world around them.
A period of personal work offers a place for reflection and enquiry in a safe, confidential and supported environment. Learning more about ourselves can be one of the most valuable journeys we will ever undertake.
